Three Cheese Pasta Bake

Pasta Bake

Three cheese pasta bake

A quick, easy and versatile mushroom and prawn (shrimp) pasta bake, based on an off-the-shelf pasta sauce. If you don’t have prawns, substitute chicken or bacon (cooked before adding).

Make it vegetarian

Skip the prawns and double up on the mushrooms for a vegetarian version.

Serve with a salad and bread for an easy and balanced meal.

Smarter cooking tips:

  • Save time by using a quality off-the-shelf cheese sauce for this recipe.   If you cook from scratch, you’ll need to allow extra time to make your own cheese sauce.
  • Save time and mess by purchasing peeled and deveined prawn meat, rather than cleaning the prawns yourself
